Return & Refund Policy

At ORA-MAHJ, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. All returns must be approved by ORA-MAHJ before being shipped back.

To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unused, complete, and returned in its original packaging with all included components.

Opened Products

Opened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if all components are included and the product remains in acceptable condition.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to eligible opened products. Opened products may be refunded as store credit rather than to the original payment method.

The unopened-product requirement does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ORA-MAHJ@outlook.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and its packaging

After reviewing your request, ORA-MAHJ may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances and product availability.

ORA-MAHJ will cover reasonable return shipping costs for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Individual Tile Replacement

If a tile is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and supporting photos. ORA-MAHJ may provide a replacement tile, refund, or store credit after reviewing the request.

If an individual tile is lost or damaged after the initial 7-day reporting period, a replacement may be available depending on inventory.

Any applicable replacement and shipping charges will be confirmed with the customer before the replacement is sent. Replacement availability is not guaranteed for discontinued or retired products.

Return Authorization

Please email ORA-MAHJ@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return before shipping anything back.

We will provide return instructions and the return address after reviewing your request. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

ORA-MAHJ will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ORA-MAHJ is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit before they are received by us.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges and Order Changes

Variant changes or exchanges may be requested before an order has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible, as changes are subject to product availability.

Once an order has shipped, direct exchanges are not guaranteed. Eligible returns will be handled according to this policy.

International Orders

ORA-MAHJ accepts international orders. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

International customers must contact ORA-MAHJ and receive return authorization before sending a product back. The return address and instructions will be provided after the request is approved.

Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

ORA-MAHJ will cover reasonable return shipping costs when an international order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

International refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and approved. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other international charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
